Happy days good work environment also fair job setup ,was with a good crew on their site had a great time putting farmworkers together for the walls We are a good team environment all round helpful also teaching others the best way to do the jobs

had to perform various types of work which was practical as i had years of construction experience , had the privilege to work with different trades people from all over the world so had hands on various ways of applying different ways of getting the jobs done in the safest and productive way possible , probably the most amazing job I've ever worked on and the largest project in Australia

Overall productive environment, however inflation pressure is putting the company management on the edge

Friendly environment until the inflation pressure putting the management team on the edge. Outdated management structure which cannot adapt a post Covid-19 world. The company is losing talented skilled workers.

Long hours and days but the money made the work worth it. Learned various things like how to use machinery and tools. How to work as part of a team and an individual.
