You have to memorise the entire menu in about 30m and it is mainly physical ability showcase

Too many. Asked personal and irrelevant questions, left me alone with paper and menu, to memorise whole menu
When can you start?
it was really quick (foh staff). didnt ask many questions. just basic questions like when are you available and 'tell me about yourself'
