Appalling management, unprofessional work culture.

Disorganised, unprofessional and often chaotic environment to work in. Staff are in senior and management positions that they are inexperienced for and the rest of the work force suffers. Worst work culture ive ever experienced

Work place bullying is rife, from people you work with through to management. Unless you are part of their purple circle within their team, you will find it hard to get hours due to management. From day one, both myself and others were ridiculed by certain fulltime staff. Management here promote this type of behaviour.
