Being a hard worker who enjoys a challenge I am willing to put in extra hours to
learn new tasks and ensure my work performance will be more than satisfactory.

Examples of my disposition demonstrated at work include, but are not restricted to,

being a team player with a good sense of humor, the ability to use a strong work

ethic and solid organization skills to work autonomously to meet deadlines,

application of the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and the aptitude to pitch my

potential to meet a demanding work environment.

Job Culture
The employee benefits and generous lifestyle accommodating working conditions sees a large portions of employees working from home, long weekends off, taking time off for outside duties, flexible start finish times.

Salaries are very low for Finance sector skilled workers.

Job security is non existent (U.S. Multinational) and changing corporate directions means roles are cut regularly. Advancement is unlikely with few new Senior roles being created and market size flat or shrinking.CEO is unwilling or unable to create new business lines.

Senior management is competent and pleasant, but no interest is taken in the skills and abilities of staff. No interest in outside qualifications or accreditation.

Well located offices, flexible job culture, sometimes interesting changes to role. Fairly routine workflow, competent employees seem to make it a lifetime career with little to no advancement. A good personal relationship with senior management will get favorable easy working conditions and generous perks.

Ability to succeed is hampered by poor working environment, tools to get the job done are lacking, waiting for out of country responses or approvals to get things done. Nepotism and racist hiring and promotion practices.
Pros
Work Life Balance, Work from home, Time off
Cons
Poor pay, Poor working environment, Lack of training/advancement
