Sage is very micromanaged so it can be quite an uncomfortable environment to work in. There is a clear divide between managers and normal members of staff. The benefits are good with the perks scheme however this does not make it a desirable place to work.

Basic caregiving and monitory clients with physical or/and mental disabilities. Most of the clients seem to be easy but the pay is not enough if you have a difficult client.

I loved my co workers. But management is a joke! The child manager they now have is a joke. He will be the reason Sage fails as a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and pass on a job at Sage. They’re always hiring and that should say enough.
