Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Reston, VA21 May 2019
There's no structured training, you are just thrown in to swim. No leadership, managers lack people skills and professionalism. Blatant favoritism, buddy system prevails. Workplace not very accommodating. They start you at the high end of your salary, to bait you, no bonus program.

Manager (Former Employee) –  Qatar25 April 2019
Management showed too much favoritism, if you didn’t support the click, you were an outcast. Supervisor worked stateside, he was not Supportive at all, he let the contract supervisor speak on his behave, regardless if it was wrong.
Lack of experience workers, but it didn’t matter because they were in the click.
They taxed the bonus and if you had questions about your pay, they ignored your call unless you called from a different number.
Communication was horrible, especially with the stateside supervisor, the on ground manger had no people skill, very unprofessional, inexperienced in the field, untrustworthy, a huge backstabber and tell other people business to the other.
Straight drama.

Lieutenant Firefighter paramedic (Current Employee) –  Reston, VA13 April 2019
A typical day consist of daily truck checks, and station clean up. Morning meetings with fire Chief., discussing activities for that day. Management is helpful in most situation. Working in Iraq their definitely cultural differences, adapting to the local nationals customs and communication skills . The Hardest thing is adapting a good sleep to work pattern, because the shifts are 24/7. Interacting with people from different parts of the world.

Very fast-paced and long hours on your feet. We worked 12-hour shifts 6 days a week. The pay was decent. I enjoyed the people and the work environment.

Sallyport had some of the best management I've ever worked for.

Great gig. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Pros
Coworkers, team and management were outstanding! Work environment was laid back.
Cons
12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, on your feet. Pay should have been a bit higher for the work involved.

Electrical Senior Technician (Current Employee) –  balad, Iraq2 February 2019
A majority of work performed is of an electrical maintenance type with some new installations completed. It is a diverse work environment since there are people from all over the world working for the company. I have learned a great deal about different cultures in my time here.
The most difficult part of the job is the time away from home but the best part of the job is the opportunity to visit new places and meet new people.
Pros

Cons
a majority of the year away from home and family

The pay and vacation was fantastic, currently making cuts so this will most likely change. Hopefully, they won't become like so many companies that want to pay little with no incentive to stay.
