Poor induction, on boarding - not assigned a mentor or buddy which your manager is supposed to do. Lack of knowledge and understanding of roles and responsibilities across the business as a result of the high turn over. Inefficient processes, work tasks are not aligned to roles. Poor morale across the business. Long hours required to complete work. Fire fighting mentality.
