Customer Service Manager (Former Employee) –  Sydney17 August 2017
Poor induction, on boarding - not assigned a mentor or buddy which your manager is supposed to do. Lack of knowledge and understanding of roles and responsibilities across the business as a result of the high turn over. Inefficient processes, work tasks are not aligned to roles. Poor morale across the business. Long hours required to complete work. Fire fighting mentality.

Fast paced organisation numbers driven
Launch Manager-New Products (Current Employee) –  Sydney, Australia27 September 2015
Fast paced organisation and is located at Pyrmont which is a challenge from travel perspective. Organisational process are sub-optimal and efforts are being made to attend to this.
