3 hours a week is the minimum if you ever don’t like something they will cut your hours so be prepared to not even stand up for yourself you actually have no rights according to head office.
Unless your a manager hours are threatened discreetly all the time.

Team member had severe issues with a nsw store manager that had been there 5 years went to state and HR manager nothing was done accept eventually the manager moved stores but not because of that issue that took months!

No most time you will be by yourself expected to run absolutely everything and have the best KPIs plus help every customer it’s impossible plus get all the full on tasks done

They won't last much longer if they don't focus on their customers more. Everything these days can be downloaded so why should people go there to be judged and treated like rubbish.

They aren’t worth working for become a a DJ they are more interested in budget cuts and hours spent than investing money on good customer service

There is no culture at Sanity anymore. Staff can't have visible tattoos, piercings or coloured hair and the uniform looks more in-keeping with a Miller store than a music store. LOL
