People whom work there are good people
I worked there for a number of years, consant management changes made it difficult to have any consistency of culture, I worked in all areas in the business made good friends and made a few enemies, I guess because I was out spoken

Horrific work culture and worst management
its a RED FLAG. keep this company as your last resort if you can't find job elsewhere. get ready to live in 1930's work culture where managers are being paid top dollars to destroy you. You are just a number and BUS camera's don't work when you are innocent. If you wanna know more then experience yourself.

A nice company to work for but keep on your toes
I liked working for Sealink they look after their employees my advice is to stick to a hourly rate instead of salary as you may have to do more than you expected for the salary it's up to your decision

Great work...not so great company
With outdated work award...company pressures staff to back them and retain low pay...no OT..unless authorised..but expectations that tour guides will work more than 13 hrs per day to get all guests back to accommodation. Pay is approx $24 ph to be responsible for up to 50 guests...minor mechanical defects...use your own mobile for a safety back up... deal with breakdowns ... bad road conditions etc etc

Fun workplace
Most enjoyable part of the job, meeting new tourists everyday, learning new things and seeing beautiful wildlife everyday. Learning new things everyday.
