Standard annual leave policy plus you can convert only full OT shifts to converted AL but there is risk due to loophole in their enterprise agreement that you can only encash max 2 weeks of annual leave per year. which mean you are at their mercy/will to pay you your AL if you are sick. I had horrible experience cashing out my AL

Love the work and location... company takes advantage of staff and then use the old...if you don't like it leave.
