NOOOO! Moral low, overworked and undertrained
Support Worker (Current Employee) –  Perth WA19 November 2019
I work alone all the time! Even if the client is violent!! I have no support and there is no one to call if something goes wrong and if there is they can’t help you anyway because they don’t even know what to do.
Work place moral is low and the support workers are constantly over worked!
I have often been sent to a client with no information and don’t have the skills required to look after them!!
Always going through a restructure! Constantly has a new CEO!
Admin staff can be often rude , insensitive and just plain ignorant!

Support Worker - Community Based (Current Employee) –  Rockingham, WA11 November 2015
A support company with a well earned reputation in the support and welfare of their client base.
Extremely enjoyable work for a community base support work.
A comfortable office atmosphere.
However, unfortunately office staff of all levels lack in communication skills re: external staff.
Pros
Awesome clients
Cons
Communication breakdowns occur frequently (Office staff to External Staff)
