A great company with many opportunities
Serco is a rapidly growing company with loads of opportunity and exposure to many people, contracts, clients and business units and sectors. There are many contracts affiliated with government within Serco and is a fabulous place to gain exposure or get your foot in the door. I started at Serco as a temp and was made perm - they value great team members and are invested in seeing them stay longterm.

Its ok - mixed
Stressful targets impossible to maintain. Really low pay for high stress. Management are horrific, they pay painfully low for the stress you go through daily. PAY RANGES $22 TO $23.50 for 1st Year. Low pay for INTENSE WORKLOAD. Everything is money driven. Cost cutting is to the point of making work difficult to complete. Co workers were great. Some Team Managers were nice. Fast paced work + plenty of chances to up-skill, pay is on the lower end of fair & reasonable.

Run dont walk away
This would be the worst place I have ever worked for and Ive work in some ugly unworkable places in my life and spent 6 months in the Kuwaiti desert working.TL's are walking around thinking they have god like powers and they havent a clue about how they need to apply their role management is no where to been seen or heard and after communicating with one, I being to wonder how the places even functions.you are SPIED ON EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE AND EVERYTHING ON YOU SCREEN!This place is set up to make you hate you life and the choice you made to ever work there

Former employee
At first great to learn alot of new things.Co workers were great. Some Team Managers were nice. Others were degrading.. They certainly don't know how to make their new employees feel inspired. More like bullying in the workplace. Are all call centres like this???First time I broke out on my skin with Dermatitis due to the stress of the environment..
