Providing public services is one of the most satisfying and rewarding careers you can have. You have an ability to make a positive difference to people’s lives and to the safety and security of your community and country.

Serco operates in six sectors of public service provision: Health, Transport, Justice, Immigration, Defence, and Citizen Services.

A key part of our corporate responsibility is our commitment to enabling the development, wellbeing and safety of our people. Our business thrives because of our talented and diverse workforce. We recognise, however, that we must continually challenge ourselves to ensure diversity and inclusion are embedded in our culture and ways of working.

Our culture is based on a set of four values - Trust, Care, Innovation and Pride - that shape our individual behaviours and hence the way the company behaves. They ensure we are all working from a commonly understood base that can be consistently applied across our organisation.

It’s good company but low pay rate
They will provide equipment and training for 8 weeks. The training is good, the team leaders are okay and the coaches are also okay. Really strict but that is understandable. good for first job not long term though. You can apply for different position in the company if desired. Not sure if it is true because I have not tried it.
