Lack of staff all the time. Never being able to complete my job role and having to do a completely different job role with the promise that my job role will go ahead once they have enough staff. However there will never be enough staff and you will always be stuck in a job role that no one wants to do. Not even management.

I.T issues are ignored which makes it hard to do your job. Upper management and team leaders don't care and act like you are a thorn in their side when you need help with getting issues sorted. Absolutely toxic environment unless you're in their inner circle. Condescending micro management with little training offered and then thrown in the deep end with little support .
