Good for product development, Customer Support or IT teams. Worst for support functions like Legal, Finance etc., If you’re only concerned of getting good pay and stuck yourself for years just because of shares what they offer, then go ahead. But you loose out peaceful life.
No work life balance. Good place to learn about Platform technology and good perks of salary. Good place to be but be prepared for long calls and can expect some micro management depending on the team.

ServiceNow is in the middle of a cultural transition, from lean and mean startup where you would work intimately with the same customers to a more corporate environment where your work is almost anonymous. This isn't to say it's a bad thing, but how it is now. It's a great starting point for anyone who wants to see how enterprise level development can be done.
