I loved my time at Sharp & Carter. They operate with strong ethics and amazing leaders. The Business Support sector is run by two very experienced and personable managers that taught me everything about recruitment and guided me through my first office role. The work culture is very fun and social and they place a great importance on the holistic approach to health.

Worst managers

Customer Service (Former Employee) - Truganina VIC - 23 June 2023

The company has removed me from the company just for being late one day even providing upto date reason on why I am late, I really hate this company and managers over there are worst, my suggestion not to join this company because you would leave the company without any proper reason.

Perfect working culture and work life balance

Great business that cares about their people. Days are filled with filling job and meeting new candidates. Always connecting with our clients and organising events for them to networking with their line of work and to have fun at High standards of work life balance- flexible working locations They don't measure our performance with KPI's and you really notice a less stressed office that over deliver from this Great bonus structure

Good job

Worked hard for a young manager that worked way to much but was good man that to me loved the work but could not understand the structure. Lot of work for two people that was going down to one on site and centralised elsewhere
