Good Experience but..
Overworked and underpaid. Culture was just very unhappy people almost everyday.Hardest part was being undertrained and being thrown in the deep end with little to no support from the Warehouse Managers.Enjoyable time was lunch time.

Very very poor management
Very low management They always expect more than your ability. So you can not make thrm satisfied.Don't spend one second with this company. Be careful one of boss(woman) who has 2 faces

Great staff, but toxic environment
Was a great place to work. Some really hard workers and great lot to work with. Demanding but was made easy with the staff. However can't say the same with management team...unprofessional and lack of communication with staff. Toxic under new management

Not great for job security
I spent under 3 months at Silk Contract Logistics. During my time I was tasked with using a pallet jack to place goods into awaiting trucks. The work was fine, but the some coworkers were difficult to get along with. I was told the work was ongoing but that turned out to be untrue. poor management and union divided
managers gave little care about people who worked there, union also was extremely poor as it divided with workplace and if you werent in the union you were targeted.
