VERY poor support from Schedulers through to upper management. Expected to pick up extra shifts due to being very short staffed/do not acknowledge WHS laws. Often did 10hr shifts with no time for breaks and no time to provide quality service. Despite reporting to management and scheduling this practice continues. Its all about the dollars with Silver Chain, ground staff are given little respect.
Not being listened to/very short staffed. Staff do not last long at Silver Chain as not appreciated .
