SiteMinder Careers and Employment

About us
Since 2006, SiteMinder has been a positive disrupter to the multi-trillion-dollar travel industry, building a platform that has made technology accessible to every hotel in the world. Yes, even that five-bedroom B&B down the road that once relied on spreadsheets or pen and paper to find success. That’s because we believe deeply in liberating our customers – more... through technology, so much so that openness remains the cornerstone of our brand today.

Our platform is responsible for more than 100 million bookings at more than 35,000 hotels each year. In fact, the last time you made a hotel booking online, the chances are high that you used our technology; you just didn’t know it.

It’s our legacy as an undisputed leader in hotel technology that has seen us rank among the 20 greatest pioneering technology companies to come out of Australia and New Zealand, and in early 2020, we became Australia’s newest $1 billion unicorn.

Yet, in spite of our successes, our biggest priority is our people. They’re fun, but driven. Inquisitive, yet sure. Full of energy, but get the job done always. We know we wouldn’t be here without them. Our headquarters are in Sydney, but we also have several hundred passionate team members in Bangkok, Berlin, Galway, Dallas, London and Manila who help to keep the lights on in the 160 countries where our technology is making a real difference in the lives of hoteliers.

Fun workplace, Management still need to get it right
Written by PMO Lead - Salesforce Consulting (Current Employee) from Sydney NSW on 15 June 2017
Lots of change happening constantly and employees are not given enough time to adjust before the next thing.
Little to no internal comms from execs. I know they are working on it now but still most information gets passed around through office gossip

No investment in growth/upskilling/training of existing staff (I'm guessing due to budget constraints).
