Fun workplace, Management still need to get it right

Lots of change happening constantly and employees are not given enough time to adjust before the next thing.
Little to no internal comms from execs. I know they are working on it now but still most information gets passed around through office gossip
No investment in growth/upskilling/training of existing staff (I'm guessing due to budget constraints). A lot of talk of things 'coming soon'.. attempts seem quite superficial.. staff don't feel valued
