Met a lot of great people, had its ups and downs, only ever had one good manager that would of helped me do and get to where I wanted to be.
Horrible management/supervisors. Sodexo promotions were given on a “personal opinion” when it came to advancements within the work place, this means if you are best friends with the office/management or spent enough time with them you would more than likely get a promotion then someone in their own department that is more than qualified for the job. Supervisors got away with doing nothing and talking inappropriately about their best employees just because they wouldn’t pick up the jobs the supervisors weren’t doing, which leads to staff turn over. People blowing numbers get promoted in jobs they know nothing about. Good employees let leave because they do not care about you.

Overall Experience
Personally I would never work for this company again, originally was meant to come on as full time. But that never happened so I was signed on as casual. Where I learnt quickly you can not trust anyone when learning as mistakes are not acceptable with this company. Management is disorganised and rude with green staff.

Great Place to Work
I’ve enjoyed my time with Sodexo, great team on-site and everyone is always there to help. We transitioned from 2:1 swings to 8&6 which is great to spend more time at home with the family
