On average, how many hours do you work a day at Sodexo?
If your casual prepared to get hrs cut normal shifts use to rang 10-12 hrs then they bought in rule to cut hrs in weekendd by half to make it fairer in permanent staff . But there's nothing fair about the work or contracts they get you to sign. North Qld Sodexo sites management expect casuals to work 5 days then cut weekend hrs .itbuse to be 14day swing travel 2 days without pay. Then your expected to be flexible / wait up to 20 days for work. It's not worth the travel & time away from friends & family work place healthy & safety truly overlooked at many sites unfortunatelyAsked 25 August 2020
