Used to be a great 10 hour working day with Morris Corp and then Sodexo took them over. Food variety and quality went down and the paid working hours increased to 11 hours (12 hour shift).
Answered 6 June 2020If your casual prepared to get hrs cut normal shifts use to rang 10-12 hrs then they bought in rule to cut hrs in weekendd by half to make it fairer in permanent staff . But there's nothing fair about the work or contracts they get you to sign. North Qld Sodexo sites management expect casuals to work 5 days then cut weekend hrs .itbuse to be 14day swing travel 2 days without pay. Then your expected to be flexible / wait up to 20 days for work. It's not worth the travel & time away from friends & family work place healthy & safety truly overlooked at many sites unfortunately
