Massive amount of winging between staff. They dropped the wages considerably years ago. It’s 15 days on and 6 days off you are completely exhausted by the end of your few weeks and it takes 5 days to get over it you have 1 day of feeling good again then back into.
Long 12 hour days
Corrupt company that compromise safety over bonuses. Management get big bonuses for staying under budget.they don't like paying overtime therefore you take time off
Long hours more pay
Long hours without penalty rates .
I think I can work there again because I really like people there was really friendly and all about to learning more different task so and learning more how to manage every task and make more money to support my family's
Luch was nice
Good for work there because long hours
Great company to work for family orientated knowing that your away from you home and loved ones salary could be alright only if you take permanent position you had to pay your own flights unless chef or project manager but I heard the salary even dropped again after I finished which would change my review a little
Great company to work for, great for meeting new people on a regular basis as big turnover in workers coming through the camps
Being away from family, and having to pay your own flights
Not enough hours. Get paid hourly rate but they wouldn’t pay me if I work overtime. Keep on adding duties and expect the jobs to be done within the same timeframe. Even if it means you have to stay back to do the job, however won’t pay you for that over time. Get blamed for things you aren’t responsible for and expected to work on my days off. I get yelled at if I don’t pick up the phone on my day off to fill a shift
Very little communication from Supervisors and management. No teamwork from time to time. Getting out of bed Knock off time Morale is very low though the whole work force.
It's all free, food, accommodation, flights
Communication, low pay, 2/1 roster

You work 77 hour weeks throughout the year to earn 38 hours worth of holiday pay. Same with superannuation, it’s paid at 38 hours a week despite working double that. No penalty rate for working outside of sociable hours (including Christmas Day, Easter, etc.) apparently that’s included in your wage. Other wise this would be a minimum wage job. You’re away from your family for 2 weeks at time
Work colleagues who suffer with yoy
Pay, lazy managers, no work life balance, treated poorly by clients and anyone above you
Long hours, not so good pay, get treated like a 2nd class citizen, if doing FIFO you will realise everyone else gets the good stuff before you do. For example you will get a small room for 1 year before an upgrade, whilst there could be rooms available for you to upgrade into.
Great place to work, good conditions and people, great to travel around W.A. always learning new ways of doing my job. can get a bit hot in the summer ,but otherwise a good gig.Best part of the job going home after 2 weeks away.
free accom, food, travel
It's long hours but the work is varied and exciting. Would recommend highly to any individual who is inetereted in working FIFO. Also look at potential for growth are excellent.
Food / Accommodation provided for, cost savings
Worked as Bus/Utility in Brockman 4, wage was the only reason to leave. Can find a job in the city for same wage, even if include travel/food expenses. Expect to spend time to train and work with new starters and try to finish your duties, not paid extra. Could not handle guys with so much mining experience, that they been overqualified when they got the job, but they are usually useless. Deal with it.
Gym is awesome, food not bad
Split shifts also good if you are a swimming pool lover!
