Lots of opportunities for Software developers, but limited growth for Technical Support team in general. The product is also very limited to MDM only.

Not positioned for today's modern corporate culture. No true leadership, only managers. No "one-team" mentality, too much in-fighting, and too many managers and poor inter-departmental communication.
