I thought all the reviews online about this company was not true but now I came to realize how messed up it is here and that every single bad review was true. There is to many toxic people here and they'll spend all their time trying to bring you down or talk bad about you to others. Very unprofessional and not collaborative at all. It's really sad to see that HR doesn't do anything about it. The managers don't seem to care and the ones that do care end up leaving anyway. If Soti wants to become a good workplace they have to get rid of the toxic people or else you'll keep losing good people.

If u r a fan of working for a specific product then this company has no negatives. Problem is for all those who work at support role. U only gain knowledge of the product and nothing on ur technical skills

Overall a great workplace with lots of opportunities to grow. Sometimes a little political but one can find ways to work around the politics. Pay and benefits on the lower end, workload and expectations on the higher.
