Prepare for disappointment

In the period of time I worked with SCA the organisation become more and more dictatorial and combative. The focus went from looking after its people, to protecting the brand and putting all energy into a national Sydney-centric agenda. Such a shame that a great organisation was ripped apart and replaced stone by stone with a heartless shadow of its former self.

Fantastic workplace

Great company, boss ,colleagues and fun atmosphere. Unfortunately the whole research department was made redundant due to COVID. Three months on and still very sad at loss of job. Would love to go back one day and work in another area. People are fantastic, always smiling and some good perks too, free sausages rolls and cakes on Friday’s.
