Used to be good. Now its bad
No system for working. No appreciation. Salary too low. Staff are overworked and always understaffed. Management doesnt care about employees or residents only filling up beds.Maintenance Supervisor in Guildford West NSW

terrible
what to say worst experience of my life the way these people are treated. paying for maintenance but they don't get instead being told get a family member to do what you want , yet they pay for maintenance? to add maintenance staff having inappropriate behave with nurses whilst on site l i have never come across this in my life what is wrong with you people this is a place where they are wanting to rest and retire not to be treated like caged animals ! POW SOLGIERS WERE TREATED BETTER THAN THIS! YOU SHOULD TAKE A GOOD HARD LOOK AT YOUR SELVES.carer in Tweed Heads NSW

Nice people, but stressful job
Not good pay for what you're doing, people were nice though, plenty of shifts because we were always short staffed. If it was paid more with full staff it would be a good jobActing Facility Manager in Corowa NSW

Overall I enjoy working at SCC Living (NSW/ACT)
I enjoy working for SCC Living (NSW/ACT). There is good work balance and SCC Living appreciates my work and contribution and a great place to work. The salary is good. The job culture is good.Senior Administration Officer in Adelaide SA

Friendly and relaxed
The environment to work in is very friendly. Generally very relaxed amongst the employees and does not carry alot of pressure . However, Southern Cross Care does has a culture of nepotism within the ranks of leadership & workplace bullying. Not the greatest for hourly rate of pay. Could find better elsewhere.
