Support Worker in Sydney NSW

Excellent company to work for
I have been working with SCCH for about a year. I have learned so much about high need patients, doing training at Prince of Wales and Macquarie Hospital.
I enjoy working with my co-workers, they are great people.
My Community manager is great, very supportive. Other management staff are friendly and understanding.
Overall I’m happy working for them.Disability Support Worker in Parramatta NSW

Not a very good company to work for
Management don’t return your calls. They don’t care about the participants, turn a blind eye to problems within programs. Seems like they only in it for the money.Community Support Worker in North Parramatta NSW

Soul rewarding & caring
Love working for Southern Cross Community Healthcare. They provide the support & training you need to become a great Support worker. Helping clients with personal care, medication, assist with outings. Remaining professional and following daily charts but also having fun with client and being supportive with day to day needs. No two days will ever be the same. Such a soul rewarding job and highly recommend it for any one with a big heart.Support Worker in Central Coast NSW

This company will use very possible tactic/opportunity to save money (including training & WHS).
Sneaky, dishonest and money hungry organisation who will try its very best to cut corners wherever possible. It's all about the money. Be very careful when signing a 'contract' (if you can call it that) as you are employed as a 'Independent Contractor' - just another way of avoiding as much responsibility as an employer as possible. What would you say about your employer?
