The interview process involves an initial on-line application, phone screen, criminal history and background checks (such as working with children), in many cases a meeting with the Participant (person receiving the service) and detailed on-the-job training/orientation program. Access to a registered nurse for ongoing support.

I was interviewed by 2 persons asking all relevant questions of prior experience. I was then informed approx a week later I was successful in obtaining the job.
