The most useful review selected by IndeedA typical day at work is one of organized chaos. I may have things planned, but there were curve balls which changed all that. You had to focus on the needs of the client to which I feel I did. Obviously sometimes they wanted a mile when they were entitled to an inch.

The worst ever!
Carer Support Worker (Former Employee) - Parramatta NSW - 14 October 2021
No wonder there are so many bad reviews! Way lower wages compared to other agencies and no negotiation as self-employed contract??? There is no supporting workers whatsoever, no any educational program for workers, no communication, very different to other agencies. The agency is bad for support workers but good for managers because they don't do their job !

Avoid this company if you find a helpful and supportive company for your career. The management do not care about workers, they care about ONLY clients and the MONEY! No communication, No education, need to manage yourself. They do not review the "Duties plan" which needs and vital, they should find who willing to do tasks WHATEVER client wants, not just "SUPPORT WORKER." Be careful of the contract you sign, as they have structured in a way to avoid employee liabilities

Great company to work for

The team are super helpful. Everyone gets in on time and tackles their day positively e.g. urgent shift vacancies. The team shares ideas on how to improve process's which is improving. great environment

Management micro manage heavily.Disgusting behaviour. Sneaky tactics. DO NOT WORK HERE. Hide information to get accredited. Poor practice. Dont value employees. Push you out if you speak up.

Enjoy caring for people - h ave spent my lift caring for people who are worst off than myself

Looking after someone who cannot attend for themselves. There are people who are worse off than myself. Dealing with other people make it easier to deal with people worse off than myself. It is hard when someone you have cared for for 21 years passes away it leaves a hole in your heart, but you know there is someone else out there who needs your help too.
