Great team/programs, excellent people to work with, both supports workers and clients.Great feeling knowing you are able to help the clients with their day to day needs/routines, its a great experience. Though it is physical work as well.

It’s eh

underpaid, understaffed, ungrateful,Under appreciated the staff members are good to be around but the management and pay was not good. management need to step there game up and be more caregiving like the workers

Poor management

Avoid this company if you find a helpful and supportive company for your career.The management do not care about workers, they care about ONLY clients and the MONEY! No communication, No education, need to manage yourself.They do not review the "Duties plan" which needs and vital, they should find who willing to do tasks WHATEVER client wants, not just "SUPPORT WORKER."Be careful of the contract you sign, as they have structured in a way to avoid employee liabilities

Pathetic company

Always advertise but never hire. No one bothers to look at the applications. Auto reply comes that you are not selected. Worst disability company ever!

It is very nice working in this company. They have a very professional staff and kind managers. I really recommend this company because they help me by guiding me how to be a good support worker.

I worked for this company for 3mths, and bullied for 3mths, two ladies I worked with were so vile, client was lovely. Management awful. Not recommend this place at all

Was accepted for a position, fully disclosed my availability, put me through the orientation, then when it came for training, I was deemed unsuitable as the training time was outside my availability!!!! I had been completely open from the beginning and they said it was fine, they would work around me!!

They don't care about their employees.

There is little to no support offered to employees. They do not listen to any complaints or issues and are all about keeping clients on board by stepping all over employees. They do not offer any benefits no matter how long you have been working for them. They are horrible
