All training is done on our own tome. Placed in a house with Young People who need to have people specifically trained for their needs.
SCSS is quite possibly the worst organisation I have worked for. I would never recommend anyone work for a FOR PROFIT organisation that is supposed to be Not for profit...Too many mistakes that cost the staff dearly on a personal and emotional level. The managers are rude and not trained nor equiped for the industry they are in. KEEP AWAY FROM SCSS
How is feedback from management and/or colleagues delivered at SOUTHERN CROSS SUPPORT SERVICES?
Our feedback form management is generally provided face to face or via email or phone. It is dependant on the worker and their availability, however our management team are always looking to meet with staff face to face whether it be meetings, lunch with the clients & staff, quick catch ups when passing by or visits to our staff on the field.

We are entitled to our normal holidays, 4 weeks annual leave and RDOs it’s fantastic
