Being a Optical Assistant also requires me to keeps up-to-date with product fashions the best part of the job (frames, sunglasses, contact lens and accessories) that assist to meet patient requirements.This product knowledge gives me the ability up-sell & close sales of frames, sunglasses and other optical products to patients.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into store.
- Listening to what customer wants, explaining our offers, products, and dispensing lenses.
- Abiding by Healthcare guidelines giving good, clear advice and make a positive impression, with a polite and professional approach.
- Demonstrating natural customer care approach and always happy to help attitude.
