Regional Manager is great and very understanding of personal circumstances, no support from direct Area Manager. Has lack of empathy and needs to learn how to communicate properly
Upper management give sweeping emails and rarely contact you unless the store is under budget. If your manager is good, they will help you with sales and give you regular feedback.
