  • Spotlight does not care about protecting their customers or their staff. Cleaning and safety protocol and equipment where only implemented after covid was dying down. They removed our improvised barriers and told us we couldn't have barriers because it didn't look welcoming! They forced the entire team to sign new contracts during covid that made us work twice as many days as our normal roster. They told all the casuals that there was no work available and cut their shifts. The following week they hired 5 new casuals!!! Do not work here if you value yourself and your mental sanity, money is not worth the mental hardship you will go through here.

  • They have implemented regular leaning schedules and a lot of safety precautions have been put in place. I feel safe when I am at work
