Supportive team

quite fair
I Think It's fair for people already has experiences. The staff are friendly. The management is ok but i'm not sure about other hotels. But my hotel is fine. Room Attendant in Meriton waterloo

Unfair payment
The rooms are massive and do not get paid by the hour but pay by room. You have a limit of time to finish which is not enough and do not get paid for it if you take extra time. They said they would pay but I never got it. No lunchtime even though I work almost 8 hours per day. No benefits, no support, and no teamwork. Supervisor in PARRAMATTA

Stressful and unresponsive employer
This agency/ employer is not paying the right amount of superannuation contributions. They just include it on payslip but no actual contributions! When they finally made a contribution they just did it in one go but it was much less than the actual computation of what was written on the payslip. One more thing, the supervisor rate and room attendant rate are just a dollar difference.What would you say about your employer?
