    A positive and progressive workplace
Progressive Hospital with varied areas of health care and areas to increase staff skills. Positive workplace with education if required to employees. Staff are committed and friendly and the hospital is well thought of in the community for its outstanding care by both Doctors and Clinical staff. As a Board Member it was a pleasure to read the positive reports given by patients of the Hospital.

doing the cert III helped me gain skills and experience life in a hospital. It was a school based traineeship which helped me develop points to get into the University that I would like to do further study as a registered nurse and continue to do midwifery. I would be working at the hospital once a week, making sure that patients are well by making there beds giving them a clean if need be and assisting them when the need. Every week I would learn something new and find something interesting about being a nurse. The hardest part of the job was the travel. The most enjoyable part was being on the maternity ward.

    No work life balance
I was bullied for taking sick leave, I have a chronic illness and always had doctors notes but I was written up for 'unprofessional conduct' twice. You would think a hospital would know better.
