Working in the Cardiology ward with person-centered care
Toxic cultures come about by choosing the wrong people. Have noticed that far too many women are employed. Many are too young,& cause trouble with gossiping. Also, time-wasting meeting that have a hidden agenda resolve nothing & don't address problems.
Toxic and destructive. Multiple people have been fired from management to low level staff.
