as a casual at STA its an ok place to work, if only I had more work hours during the week...15 hours to 25 hours a week not good enough.. other wise job is ok just not enough job security

not enough shifts

when I was there I didn't have my drivers licence but I could catch public transport but I only got 5 shifts with them then I didn't hear anything after my 5 shifts I was waiting for weeks on end then I went to another company.

Productive and helping environment

Ever since I started working with sta, they have been nothing but helpful. Even though its still a casual job, i was get sent 5-6 shifts a week on average, give or take. They're and fair workplace where if you work hard enough they'll reward you with work more often and that's what I want. But the actual job itself got a little too boring for me as there is not enough physical activity.
