My role of an IT systems analyst consisted of duties regarding Tier 1 & 2 helpdesk issues, these problems were in-house and globally raised. Many issues consisted of active directory matters, giving the correct access, Citrix installation and maintenance, installing applications specific to the clients needs, XenApp and SaaS supervision, file and folder management, dealing with client services on a daily basis and focusing on issues and software updates.
Also smooth running of workflows working with the BPA Server 9, liaising with client services to come to an agreement for the best business workflow to suit the client’s needs, dealing with cloud service issues, process and workflow management for daily business processes and investigating daily automation failures.
