Fast paced supportive workplace

Factory Worker (Former Employee) - Osborne Park WA - 14 April 2022

Worked in the main factory . Production line work so no time to slack but excellent supervisors and managers always made you feel valued. Work was sometimes repetitive but work in other areas was available. Lots of overtime if you wanted it. Very good pay rates and company encouraged everyone to upskill and apply for supervisory rolls.

Supportive culture very strict hygiene and safety rules

Cons

Cold working environment but this is expected

I have work at Steggles numerous times through the years it has change but the work hasn't . It is.a fasted past workplace and very hygienic, long hours it you are keen to work its the job for you

Was enjoyable and a nice workplace until I got to know my manager.

Not a great place to work if you are looking at starting a family! Management don’t support or encourage you to have a life outside of work! Extremely disappointing experience with this workplace.
