Good place to work

A decent place to work the supervisors are all really good and understanding but above them aren’t too great, the pay is decent and if you are willing to put in the work the bosses are willing to give you a pay rise for it.

High management turnover

There is no job security in Stramit. When hired the longest serving manager in the room was in the company 4 months. Redundancies are the normal in the company. Watched HR made.redybdant in first 3 months, 3 General Managers in 2 years and multiple other senior managers. Stramit use to be a great place to work.

Over 13years I worked there, I was a CSO, very busy, often stressful, had lots of great customers, miss- treated over the years, management 7-9years were great then it went downhill, backstabbing staff were not pulled into line & is still going on now.
