Over 13years I worked there, I was a CSO, very busy, often stressful, had lots of great customers, miss- treated over the years, management 7-9years were great then it went downhill, backstabbing staff were not pulled into line & is still going on now.

It was an interesting place to work, always something new happening & the staff were great to work with.A typical day at Stramit would be an early start, hit the ground running. Never a dull moment. Customer focus a must. Learnt a lot whilst working there. Management could've been a bit better towards staff. Team environment was very good, reason for staying so long in the job.
