Good place to work

High management turnover
There is no job security in Stramit. When hired the longest serving manager in the room was in the company 4 months. Redundancies are the normal in the company. Watched HR made.redybdant in first 3 months, 3 General Managers in 2 years and multiple other senior managers. No work life balance
