Not a safe place to work

Busy & fun that the day goes fast
6am start, walk in clock on walk over to flashing area say goodmorning to team, few jokes & lot of laughs.
Check how busy the day was going to be by asking leading hand then basically its time to start work.
P.P.E on gloves glasses ect. Also checking oil levels on folder, then programming & operatering SWI folders & folder sheet metal into flashing off customers order detail sheets.
