Short lead-time high demand manufacturing facility

Stramit is a good place to work but I have been there for 13 years and would like to learn some new skills in another sector. I manage 30 staff on a daily basis and 20 contractors as required. The best part of my job is the people I work with and the hardest part of my job is keeping up with the staff turnover on our site. There have been multiple management changes in the past 3 months and while things are starting to move forward again, we still have along way to go to us back on track.

Too many staff changes and management overhauls.

don't waste your time

terrible!managers who are clueless as to how to operate a business.staff who don't care.no job security.absolutely terrible remuneration packages and no scope for advancement.AVOID!

Not a safe place to work

stramit is a company run and managed by bullies . People get attacked physically and verbally. I regret working for this company. It's not a safe place to work.
