As subway is a franchise different things are offered at different stores, at my store when you work you get a free six inch sub of your choice. - we have drink cups in the back which allow you to get drinks from the drink machine. But i'm not sure the perks are worth working at my store.
Time and a half on public holidays as well as 50% discounts
The different people you get to meet and the work environment is really good there
