Last minute rostersHowever, nice team, cares about staff. Typical work day incudes, preparation, cleaning, serving/making sandwiches and computer tasks. Hard to deal with lunch rushes.

i worked here for 7 months, they were poorly managed especialy to cater for school students like myself. my pay was always wrong, but they did pay the gap if you told them, it would be added to the next weeks pay (but then the pay was wrong the next week). no free food, just broken cookies and a 50% discount while working. They constantly asked me to cover shifts whilst i was at school and were quick to contact with feedback, but manager didnt reply back to your questions. some people were great to work with but others were badly trained and relyed on others to do everything while they stood around.

Poor management and job did not pay well as we were worked with long hours and issues with store were not fixed till I left the store to find another place.

A difficult workplace

The pay and job position are good, but the treatment of staff is appalling. They are abusive, overwork their employees and have extremely high expectations of employees which they themselves are unable to meet.Working casual employees for 6 days straight, making casual employees take on shifts up to 11.5 hours and expecting casual employees to take on the responsibilities of a manager.
