Was working for subway for 2 and bit years, management I had for the first 6 mths was fantastic afterwards it took a turn after new management, and boy were they a micromanager if I ever saw one, you annoyed them in the slightest shifts were cut and would make it their mission to make your life miserable and want to quit. Proceeded whereever I went due to area manager being the same person, constant breathing down my throat, not to mention your junior workers can get away with just about anything because you are the soul blame for anything that goes wrong on your shift, also it is not a team environment, if you are the closer expect almost every task from the day and beginning of the next day's tasks even to be lumped on you and expected to complete everything no exceptions
