Great to start a career with in the Customer service work force
Each day was unpredictable with the amount of calls received or out going raging from 40-100.
I learnt how fast pace a call centre can become and learnt which skills and trades I seem to to better in and learn to improve on the others.
Management was a bit messy, things were not always in order of how the day should go.

feeling welcomed, the position brought out the best in me during working hours..
not understanding my personal & mental issues, had to stay closed until it was to late, I felt the boss was unapproachable..
